At Strawberries & Cream, we want you to love every piece you purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice or return slip is included inside the parcel.

  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
